Here’s what’s included:

  • Complimentary Health History: In our 50 minute call we will discuss any health concerns you have, your current diet, exercise and sleep routines, and any additional wellness goals. This will help us determine where you are now and where you want to be.
  • 12 Bi-weekly 50 Minute Video Conference Sessions: We will meet bi-weekly to discuss your goals, progress, and determine recommendations. Each session is customized to meet your specific goals and progress. Recommendations will be given at the end of each session based on the progress to date. Video conferencing gives you the flexibility to meet with me from the comfort of your home or office without the hassle of a commute.
  • Handouts, Articles, Worksheets, & Recipes: Depending on goals and associated discussions in each session various handouts, articles, and worksheets might be provided to aid in education or evaluation.
  • Invitations to Workshops: Clients will be offered invitations to workshops before the public.
  • Email Support & Accountability Check-In: I am available for questions via email about our sessions between sessions. A check in with clients about their progress on the off-weeks is provided.
  • Invitation Only Facebook Group: My Beyond Work Life Balance clients get access to a Members Only Facebook Group to find their tribe, get support from other like minded individuals and myself, and information I don’t share anywhere else.

What happens after you enroll:

After you’ve enrolled, you’ll schedule a time for our Complimentary 50 Minute Health History. You’ll also receive a survey to complete before our video conference. Give yourself some time to fill out this survey before the consultation.

On the day of our consultation, we’ll chat about your health survey, your goals, go over schedules, and expectations. At the end, we confirm that we want to move forward and that we’ll make a good team.


Great question! I obtained a certificate as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. It is a year long program that covers nutrition theory and believes in a holistic or integrative approach to health. Basically, food isn’t the only thing that matters when you think of nutrition. You have to consider food, movement, relationships, career, and spirituality. For my full bio check out my About Me page.

Nothing. If you decide you don’t want to continue or that I’m not the right coach for you we can stop after the consultation. There is no obligation to continue.

To create accountability we schedule all our appointments at the first consultation. To keep life simple 13 appointments are scheduled in case of a cancellation. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the Client must do so 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the client will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.

No. I believe the best connections happen when we see each other via video conference. However, we can also use the phone.
